A $500 fine will apply by the building if smoking is detected. 👥 Registered Guests Only — $500 Fine All overnight guests must be registered on the reservation. An additional $500 fine will apply if unregistered overnight guests stay in the apartment. 🐾 No Pets — $500 Fine The building strictly prohibits pets anywhere on the premises. A $500 fine will apply from the building if a pet is brought into the unit. 🔑 Lost/Unreturned Fobs — $300 Each Lost or unreturned building fobs are subject to the building’s $300 replacement fee per fob. 🅿️ Lost/Unreturned Parking Pass — $150 Each Lost or unreturned parking passes are subject to a $150 replacement fee per pass.
